2023 Winter Midnight Carnival Event
April 2023. All manner of monsters have appeared in the Greater Northwest. Both large and small. Vicious and benign. No one knows where they came from or at least no one is talking. The U.S. and Canadian governments have initiated lockdowns and have created a “quarantine zone” to contain the event. What is happening? To the people inside and the people who are trying to escape. No one is talking. What are they hiding?
